My diet in the last few days has gotten increasingly lean. Let's see if this keeps up, and what the effects are. My calorie intake has of course dropped dramatically, and to keep myself not feeling hungry I've been eating piles of oranges, apples, and bananas. I've not had any Coke since Saturday and my 1:00am meal tonight consisted of a tomato and a bowl of Cheerios.
I've been slacking on my Navy SEAL workout (I've missed a few days over the course of the few weeks and I don't feel like I've made any progress since the initial jump) and the sun is starting to come out, so it's time to get that physique showing, and eating much less fat should be an easy way to kind of cheat. The muscles are certainly there but they're a little bit obscured. I'm very lean, but I've gained a tiny bit of weight, if only because of a heavy beer intake, and I'd prefer that that little bit of fat wasn't there.
The deadline is coming nearer, too, as I think this is the bulk of my weekend.
